The best of both worlds!
Read the Calgary Herald review of PaSu’s South African BBQs!
Unwind on our patio or relax in the Restaurant as you savour the flavour favourites of Canadian and South African barbeque aficionados.
We suggest you plan arrive at about 5:30 so that you can enjoy the pre-dinner treats. They include delicacies such as truffle oiled popcorn, pakora (chilly-bites) and grilled salmon with a Japanese sauce.
Spend a relaxing evening in the country while you savour our specially barbequed lamb ribs, AAA Alberta trimmed top sirloin steaks, Tandoori chicken and our own homemade sausage, lovingly prepared with lamb, pork, beef and a blend of South African spices.
There are three starters to go with your cocktails. The meats are grilled outside on the deck and served buffet style. To accompany the meats we’ll have fresh salads, boiled corn on the cob, an African dish called Samp, which is a type of chilly made with meat, corn beans, vegetables and spices. You can also sample a variety of spices and condiments to add zest to your meal.
Dessert is Koek Susters Pastry, fruit salad and ice cream.
Sunsets can be spectacular and you have the option of eating on the deck. You can stay for hours, visit with friends, and wander about the gardens.
