Our delicious, heart-warming meals are all cooked from scratch with fresh produce supplied from our own gardens or hand selected at farmer’s markets. We prepare our food with integrity and the finest products available. Our presentations, while certainly appealing, are not pretentious. Our menu is a fusion of Mediterranean, South African and Mauritian cuisine. Prices are reasonable and portion sizes generous. The atmosphere and experience is quite unique.
The restaurant is in the shape of a hip-roof barn with lots of natural light, high pine-covered ceilings and walls, and huge windows that allow the view to be enjoyed by all. The walls are decorated with African art and collectibles, which attest to our heritage.
We are open for lunch Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00pm to 2:00pm. From 2:00pm to 4:00pm we serve teas and light lunches. On Sunday we serve a lunch buffet with the focus on roast lamb, beef and chicken. Saturday nights are feature dinner evenings. We are closed on Mondays.
