PaSu invites you to a delightful and delicious evening in Mexico! You’ll enjoy some very authentic “maravilloso” Mexican cuisine, prepared by a PaSu team member who learned to perfect her culinary creations by following her family’s time-honoured recipes while growing up in Mexico.
Appetizers include:
Totopos chips with salsa and guacamole
Flauta, with tortillas, deep fried chicken, sour cream and guacamole
Pozole, with pork and white corn
The all-you-can-eat buffet features:
Pico de Gallo, with tomatoes, onions, cilantro and hot pepper
Enchiladas – tortilla wraps with green salsa and cheese
Frijoles Refritos – refried beans
Pollo Mole – chicken in a traditional mole sauce
Asado de Puerco, with pork and potatoes in a red sauce
Carne en salsa verde, with beef and potatoes in a green sauce
Arroz a la Mexicana – red rice with tomatoes, cilantro, onions and spices

Time: Seating and cocktails from 5:30. First course will be served at 6:30.
