Taxes

All Canadian customers pay GST. There is no provincial sales tax.

U.S. and international customers do not pay any taxes.

 

Shipping

We ship by common carrier or mail. If you have a P.O. Box number, please include a street address as well.

Shipping charges are calculated at check-out.

Where possible, we recycle shipping containers and packaging materials to ease the strain on the environment and save trees.

Upon request, express delivery services are available for an additional cost.

Return Policy

PaSu Farm takes pride in offering you products that are unmatched in value and durability, and your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know and we will try to rectify the situation.

ALL REFUNDS, REPAIRS AND EXCHANGES MUST HAVE ORIGINAL RECEIPT —
Product that is worn cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

Full Refund (7 Days)

A full refund will be issued if product is returned within 7 days of purchase. The product must be returned in original condition with the original receipt, all tags and labels still attached, and with no visible damage (such as scuffs and/or discoloration from wear). PaSu Farm will issue a full refund, exchange or a credit note, whichever you prefer. Refunds will be issued using the payment method employed at purchase, including original credit or debit cards. If purchase was made with large amounts of cash, PaSu retains the right to issue a cheque dated within 30 days of receipt of return.

Mail order refunds must be requested within 7 days by calling 403-337-2800 or 1-800-679-7999 during store hours, or by emailing service@pasu.com. Items must be returned ASAP. Any claims will be processed after the product is returned. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Store Credit Note or Exchange (Up to 30 Days)

After 7 days we offer an in-store credit or exchange up to 30 days from date of purchase on all regular priced merchandise. Product being exchanged must be returned in original condition, along with the original receipt. Credit notes are issued by the sales clerk and cannot be reissued.

All credit notes must be used within one year of issuing.

 

Warranty on Defective Merchandise. (Up to 30 days)

We warranty against latent and patent defects. If a product is defective and returned within 30 days, PaSu may choose to have it repaired, at our discretion.

 

PaSu cannot warrantee product that has been worn

We also cannot guarantee any product that has been used beyond the extent for which the product is designed.

 

Final Sale Items

All bedding, socks, and sale items are final sale.

 

Christmas Gifts

Please let Customer Assistant know if this is a gift and they will be happy to arrange a suitable exchange date limit.
